ARC Partners

The Applied Research Collaborative is a partnership between three of the region’s leading research institutions – RegionWise (SLU), the Public Policy Research Center (UMSL), and the Institute for Urban Research (SIUE)

 

The Institute for Urban Research at Southern Illinois University at Edwardsville:

The IUR provides assistance in areas of strategic planning, survey development, and data collection. Its mission is to advance the scholarship and understanding of urban governance issues through the facilitation of teaching, research, and service on urban issue by SIUE faculty, professional staff, and students.

The Public Policy Research Center at the University of Missouri-St. Louis:

The Public Policy Research Center produces and disseminates methodologically rigorous and unbiased applied analysis and evaluation of public policies and programs and theoretical research on public policy issues. PPRC conducts applied research for the civic, nonprofit, and public sectors of the St. Louis area and the State of Missouri.

 

The Department of Public Policy Studies at Saint Louis University:

The Department of Public Policy Studies at Saint Louis University is committed to excellence in education and research. The Department recognizes the need for new and innovative ideas in education and therefore provides an interdisciplinary range of experiences for its students. Department faculty and students have been involved in over $8 million of funded research including projects for the United States Department of Labor, the United States Department of Education, the Brookings Institute, and a variety of regional, state, and local public and private entities.
